}Which data warehouses and object stores can Svix deliver to?
Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, and Azure Blob Storage for object storage, and Snowflake and Amazon Redshift for analytics. Your customers pick a destination and enter their own credentials in the App Portal.
What format are the events written in?
Object storage destinations write each batch as one object, in JSON Lines by default, with a timestamp added to the key so batches never overwrite each other. Snowflake and Redshift insert a row per event with the insert time and the raw payload.
Can events be loaded into a custom table schema?
Yes. A transformation, a short JavaScript function, turns each batch into the SQL insert your customer's table needs, so payload fields map straight to their own columns.
How often are events written?
Svix sends events in real-time, in batches configured by the receiver. Batching ensures high availability and throughput.
Do I need to change how I send events?
No. You keep calling the same message API. Your customers configure how they want to receive them in the Application Portal.
